ALL ABOUT ASSC basketball

There’s no better time to get out and be active, reliving your glory days out on the court. For those looking to get that cardio time in without feeling like you’re working out, Basketball is your weekly answer!

Our leagues are mixed gender and teams are required to always have a minimum of 1 man and 1 woman on the court.

Each week, you’ll play 2 x 30-minute games against different opponents.

We hope to see you and your teammates in the gym this season!

HIGHLIGHTS + LeAGUE DETAILS

Games are played on Thursday Evenings
Games are 30-minutes with rotating start times (10-minute break between games)
8-Week programs start in January (Winter) and March (Spring)
Rosters and schedules will be available to registered players at least 2 days prior to your first game

Skill Division & Roster

All leagues are Recreational skill level
For individual registrants, ASSC will assemble teams and you will be encouraged to connect with your teammates via your team portal prior to your first game.
Already have a crew of 5 or 6 players? Register as a full-team to save money and play together each week.
All leagues are mixed gender and teams must always play with a minimum of 1 man and 1 woman on the court

All leagues are self-officiated.

ASSC basketball is played 3-on-3.

Players are responsible for bringing their own basketball. The remaining equipment and set up is taken care of by ASSC staff.
